If your product is defective, please contact us at info@shopprettylengths.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
No action will be taken if defective hair shows any signs of being used.
Defective hair must not show any signs of being brushed, combed, curled, washed, cut, processed or unraveled in any way.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when approved for returns for defective hair only.
All returned hair must have a tracking number.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN.
